Latest Express Entry Draw Issues 3,600 ITAs for Permanent Residence

The largest Express Entry draw of 2019 has just been held, issuing a staggering 3,600 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for Canadian permanent residence to successful candidates. This massive draw accounts for the greater immigration target of 2019, which is set to break the records of 2018.
