To be eligible for this program you must have:

• work experience for at least six months
• met minimum language requirements 
• a license, certification, and qualifications required by the position must be submitted.

• You meet all the requirements of the Business Performance Agreement (BPA) while having operated a business in a senior management position for a minimum of six months before receiving a provincial nomination;

• Must have started and completed a post-secondary program for at least two years
• Your application must be tendered while you are between the ages of 21 and 35
• a valid work permit or post-graduation work permit (PGWP)

• Must reside in the province since the conclusion of your university studies
• The Low Income Cut-Off (LICO) requirements be met through demonstrative evidence that shows you have independent financial resources that can last for twelve months;
