The relative sponsoring the immigration must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada and at least 18 years old.

This program allows you to sponsor your parents and grandparents for permanent residency in Canada. The sponsor should be able to support their parents, grandparents, and dependents financially. Unfortunately, the Government will not aid them financially or offer any assistance. Only 10,000 sponsors are allowed to apply for this program annually.

Dependent Child Sponsorship

The Dependent Child Sponsorship allows candidates to become permanent residents to study and work in Canada. Dependents qualify as children if they are under the age of 22 and are unmarried.

Orphaned Family Members and Other Siblings

This program allows you to sponsor an orphaned brother, sister, nephew, niece, or grandchild if they are blood-related. In addition, you can sponsor one relative (brother, sister, nephew, niece, aunt, or uncle).
