1. Chatham-Kent, Ontario

With a population of only 105, 529, Chatham-Kent is a small community with big aspirations. The community sits along the shore of Lake St. Clair, with its biggest draw being its beach.

2. Cornwall

Cornwall is one of the largest cities in Eastern Ontario. It is also one of the oldest communities in Canada, yet today boasts a modern economy led by forward-thinking companies and major industries such as manufacturing, automotive, high tech, food processing, distribution centers, and call centers. Its numerous parks and recreational facilities make the city an excellent place to raise a family.

3. Belleville

Belleville, which literally translates to, “beautiful village” has a stunning natural environment filled with over 500 acres of parklands and a picturesque harbor. You’ll be able to purchase affordable, Victorian-style homes that are only moments away from the city center.
