Once you receive your ITA, you will have 60 days to submit a complete Express Entry application with additional documents. After that, you will be required to pay a fee of $1,325, including the right to permanent residency, so that you can live in Canada permanently!

Provinces and territories have created programs for foreigners who want to immigrate to live and settle in a particular Canadian province. This program enables provinces to nominate foreign nationals with a specific skill set to move to Canada almost effortlessly. When applying for a PNP, candidates must have the necessary education, skills, and work experience to help the economy grow. This is how they benefit the province or territory.

The relative sponsoring the immigration must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada and at least 18 years old.

There are four types of sponsorships under the Family Sponsorship program such as:

A Canadian citizen or permanent resident can sponsor their non-Canadian spouse, conjugal, or common-law partner after the immigration has approved them, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Parents' and Grandparents' Sponsorship

This program allows you to sponsor your parents and grandparents for permanent residency in Canada. The sponsor should be able to support their parents, grandparents, and dependents financially. Unfortunately, the Government will not aid them financially or offer any assistance. Only 10,000 sponsors are allowed to apply for this program annually.

Dependent Child Sponsorship

This applies to both adopted and natural-born children if the sponsor and children receive approval from the IRCC. The Dependent Child Sponsorship allows candidates to become permanent residents to study and work in Canada. Dependents qualify as children if they are under the age of 22 and are unmarried.

Orphaned Family Members and Other Siblings

This program allows you to sponsor an orphaned brother, sister, nephew, niece, or grandchild if they are blood-related. In addition, you can sponsor one relative (brother, sister, nephew, niece, aunt, or uncle).
